We are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and our visitors as we take very seriously the risk COVID-19 poses to our business. We would like to update you on our business continuity program that outlines specific safeguards we put in place to ensure continued service delivery during this COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to have an internal COVID-19 team that is monitoring the situation in our workforce and its impact on our business.
Our business continuity program includes a COVID-19 response plan that has been communicated and trained to all of our employees. When creating this plan, we took into consideration the actions we initially have taken to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 as well as employee requests for providing an ongoing safe work environment, to the extent as feasible as possible.
Our response plan includes the implementation of the following policies and procedures to minimize the possible impact that COVID-19 could pose to our business:
-Communication and education to our workforce on the prevention and spread of disease;
-Communication and implementation of flexible leave policies for sick employees or those who need to care for loved ones who may be sick;
-Implementation of pre-cautions such as face coverings for employees and visitors in combination with barriers to provide social distancing within work areas;
-Continuing the regular daily cleaning and disinfection of the facility and high touch point areas as prescribed by the CDC and Minnesota Department of Health; and
-We have management and supervision necessary to ensure the effective implementation of our business continuity program and COVID-19 response plan.
We feel these measures are necessary in order to preserve the well-being of all employees and visitors during this pandemic. We appreciate your business and will continue to monitor our situation closely to ensure continued service delivery to you.
