Selective Laser Sintering · SLS
We leverage digital high-def, high-speed sintering machines, which produce fine features, smooth surfaces. SLS plastic parts in most cases are used in AM (Additive Manufacturing), partly due to the speed in which the process can create multiple pieces at one time, as well as, the strength and thermal resistance the parts offer.
Direct Metal Laser Sintering · DMLS
Our team produces metal parts for applications ranging from prototypes to production parts. DMLS technology is ideal for a variety of applications including the creation of conformal cooling channels for injection molding tooling. We can help create metal parts of the most complex geometries that are built layer-by-layer (down to 20 microns) directly from 3D CAD data.
